BEnchmarking of Energy and EmiSsion Performance in Urban Public TRANSport Operations

I. First BESTRANS meeting was held in Hotel Montebello Splendid (HMS), Flarence, Friady, December 6th, 2002. 

The following presentations were reported:

 

1. Presentation of the BESTRANS Project Ms Rosario Macario (Projrct Coordinator - TIS.pt) presented an overview ot the BESTRANS project	zip format
2. The Questionnaire - a tool for self assessment  ISIS (Project Partner) presented preliminary considerations based on the Short Data Availability Questionnaires, which were filled by the Participating Operators	zip format
3. The Benchmark Methodology and Performance assessment of Emissons and energy use Patrick van Egmond (Project Manager - TIS.pt) presented the overall benchmark methodology and the special role of performance assessmant ant its determinats.	zip format

II. Second BESTRANS meeting was held in Estacôes de Francos STCP, Porto December 4th, 5th and 6th 2003.

The following presentations were reported:
