The work programme of the ENACT project involves several
field of expertise and skills from the consortium:
- Experience and know-how in transport
economics and marginal cost calculation and modelling;
- Experience and know-how in Incentive and
Contract Theory;
- Experience and know-how in contract design;
- Experience and know-how in financial
markets, instruments and analysis;
- ‘Hands-on’ know-how on transport service and
infrastructure operations;
- In-depth access to data from transport
operators (services and infrastructure);
- Institutional knowledge on PPPs set-up,
negotiations and related political constraints;
- Deep awareness of European legal, political
and economic framework
The project will be managed by TIS.pt, Consultores
em Transportes, Inovaçăo e Sistemas, S.A. (TIS.PT),
under the responsibility of Prof Rosário Macário, acting as project
coordinator.
