TIS is looking for Consultants to join our Transport Policies and Regulations team.

• have good communication skills and be fluent in English, both oral and written

 

For this role we are looking for the following technical skills:

 

• Degree in engineering, economics, management, social sciences, public policy, international relations, or similar
• Three years (or more) experience in transport projects and/or global knowledge of European transport policies. Proven experience in projects in the area of logistics, railways and/or digitization of transport services is considered a preferential factor.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods of evaluating policies and regulations
• Ability to participate in the preparation of rigorous and well-structured reports
